Идея хорошая, а реализация пока не на должном уровне. Поставил четверку в качестве кредита. Для повышения юзабилити необходим десктоп-клиент и возможность передовать туда заметки через USB или WiFi (не только по e-mail, ибо не все используют GPRS). Так же не нашел возможности вставлять карту своего местонахождения, хотя на скрине это есть. И еще, рисовать пальцем неудобно, нужно купить стилус для iphone. Но это уже не претензия к разработчикам, а рекомендация пользователям.

Не работает выделение в тексте, соскакивает. Дважды списали деньги за покупку дополнительных листов!!!!!!!!!

Ребят не качается обновление зависла и все ,самое главное там куча важных заметок,и теперь ни хрена не работает ,ни в комп ни напрямую в телефон не хочет качаться ,что делать не знаю на всякий случай народ не храните там ничего ценного пропадет не вернете

Добавили синхронизацию с iPad, есть еще недоработки но в целом очень хорошее приложение

Чтобы разобраться в работе с папками- нужно брать отпуск.

I generally dread customer service experiences but my recent experience was quite different. The customer service rep was totally user friendly, stuck with me through several email exchanges well into the evening. Needless to say they ultimately uncovered and fixed the issue, after getting a little bit more information from me.

Is there a chance we could get an update to allow for the default keyboard? I’m on an iPhone and I use the smaller keyboard on the right side, but the app defaults to full and doesn’t let me change the keyboard. Otherwise, great app. I highly recommend. Has been awhile since last update, but continues to function. Thanks developers!

I have been using this app for many years and it has ended up being my favorite app for creating various types of notes all in one place. The developers are very responsive and helpful to any inquiries which greatly increases the apps value. (I've had other apps I had to ditch because of lack of support making them useless) Being an "app junkie" where I enjoy trying various apps via the freebie websites, I've yet to come across another one that has the features of this one. An app with these features and keeping your notes all in one place is what fits my needs.

Love this app, and I have tons of notes on it. PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP! Ever since the new IOS/your last update, my app doesn’t open, no matter what I try. I have so many notes not backed up so I can’t just delete and reinstall without losing all my data. PLEASE update this app ASAP! Great tool with all the best features 100% would recommend

I want to sync these notes to my phone plus I would reset the notes it is not let me login to the notebook

If I was to say hey programmer I would really like XY and Z in a note at this is what they want to come up with. Being a musician perfect for editing , ideas, and audio examples so I don't forget melodies.

Mental Note deletes notes without warning. Do NOT buy this app unless you enjoy having to backup and restore constantly. For those who don't have time or interest in that, best to look elsewhere, like Evernote.

Absolutely love this app I use it for everything I just wish that it would sync with my iPad so that when I use my iPhone to write a note it shows up on my iPad and if it could add font and italics it would be the best writing app available !!!

I thought this was a great up so I purchased it now it's not working properly no contact information so this is the only means of contacting someone to please help and fix the app or return my money.

This has been a solid daily use app but after 4 years, it really needs some upgrades. It desperately NEEDS THE ABILITY TO FORMAT TEXT, bold, underlined, italic. If all they did was add that my review would be back to 5 stars. A modern UI revision wouldn't hurt either.

I'm a middle school teacher and I was looking for an app that my students could use to highlight a text and annotate it. Your app is wonderful except for one flaw. Your highlighting tool is too thick. When you switch the numbers to make the line thinner, it changes from the highlighter tool to simply a yellow drawing tool. When using the thin yellow drawing tool, if not careful, you can draw over the text to where it's invisible. This app would be perfect if that feature was improved.

Write notes, add photos, draw, zoom in, record audio. This does it all!

In general I like the app but the recording feature is not working for me. When I tap on the microphone the red record for is already at the end of the record line and it won't record anything. Please fix.

I am really fond of this app and use All the time. I would like to see cut and paste. really if I could just paste it would be great!

I think this app was the source of issues w/my new iPod Touch. Will see if deleting it continues to solve the problem. This app can't cut & paste well, so organizing & saving in another program wasn't easy. Only a small amount of characters can be cut, & images were awkward to deal with. Keep in mind it won't back up in ur laptop or iPad like the native notes. The only thing I liked was the record feature, but overall it's better dead than read.

This recent update now the app won't stay open for more then 5 seconds ! It needs a patch right away!!

App is exactly what I was needing but it shows all my notes in my calendar! I have loads of notes! How do I remove that? Am I missing something in the instructions? 5 stars once fixed

This is my favorite App! It helps me keep organized. I have tabs for each store I frequent (Grocery, Target, Lowes) plus others like books and prayer requests. I can enter something I want to pick up next time I'm out, like batteries. I can tag it with each store that might have it. Then when I am at that store, I check that list (Target) and I don't forget things I wish I would have gotten while I was there! I am a list person, and this app is awesome!

Thru an error in selecting the Password option, my entire library of Notes was locked and had to be deleted. Yes, I had exported it to my email by a PDF. No, that does not allow for Restoring. The Password lock-out should include a 'blank' option in Settings in order to release an unintended PW. So, now I must enter from the PDF to recover. PS-the backup option saves to the phone; what if the phone is disabled or lost?

Great note taking app. It would be nice if you added an auto sync feature to keep notes sync'd between iPhone and iPad automatically upon opening and closing of the app. Something similar to the "2Do" app, which has a great auto sync feature with Dropbox.

very simple but effective and versatile. It has everything you need to record what's in your mind.

I cannot believe I did not look at this before downloading, but it's 3.99 for the iPhone version AND 4.99 for the iPad version. AND THEY DONT SYNC! Wish I hadn't bought this. Also, I thought it would backup to box as files that can be read on applications other than mental note (like .txt) but the backup is unreadable on a PC.

Very good but would like the map you get when you tap the location dropped a pin for a more exact location. Also would like a "Use Maps" button to go to Apple Maps for features such as satellite view.

It is the best multi note app I ever used. However,it is not perfect. It would be perfect if I can attach more type of files which are music, video, archieve files and documents so that I can make note about everything. Moreover, please allow to select more colors, thickness, and opacity of the drawing pen manually. In addition, please decrease the delay time of opening of the app so that let user make instant note ( i am ipod touch 5 user and the opening time of the app is about 3seconds which is quite slow) I hope it could become best multi memo app.

This app is really good but pain in the neck for sync with my other devices.

For fast field reports it's awesome. I'm using it more and more. Need more size options for export but this is a fast and useful app.

Each update brings new features that make this app better and better. Good job on this and keep up the great work. Two suggestions... 1. Allow a picture to be imported into a note without being cropped. Example: import a picture taken in portrait. The top and bottom are cropped and the doesn't allow you to shrink it to fit 2. New icon is horrible. Go back to the old one. Thank you

It's a great app, no doubt, but would be 100% better if it could synch via iCloud to iPad.

Tagging is not really broken. I retract my previous review. The user guide is ambiguous about what buttons to use to enable tagging. The vendor has updated their online documentation to be more clear.

I think it is vital for a note taking app to have the ability to reorder the contents. This one lacks the ability to move and reorder sections within a note. Even though they mailed me that it would be added, I see no signs of it being added. It has been long since any new feature has been added.. Almost no improvement at all.

This is a great little note-taker! It really has everything I could possibly want and things I didn't even know that I wanted. I had no trouble creating tags or renaming my notes. It is just so simple to use and so nice to look at that I want more things to take notes about so I have a chance to use it. What a treasure to find and a pleasure to use! Looking at the iPad version right now.

...and the ability to write and draw everywhere in the note, including on top of photos, is what sets this apart from the rest. Syncing with a "Catch"-like online interface would be a plus, and I do agree that the note-titling process could be improved, but even as is this is a terrific app.

I would rather pass a kidney stone than erase on this app. Can't change the size of the eraser and it lags terrible. It takes 15 seconds to write a simple note and over a minute to erase it. Simpler just to clear the whole thing and start again. Go with imemoboard instead.

Sometimes saves some changes and notes, usually not. Frustrating and unreliably buggy. Lite version worked. Bug report as yet unanswered. Will change review if I hear from them or see update before I delete app. I'm keeping but not using it, for time being, still waiting for the update.

Your work will be complete if you add more color notes, instead of just yellow and white please add pale pink, purple, green, blue and other colors. I paid $2.99 to have two paper colors? Please fix it....great job developer Thanks

I really like this app, and I have used it for a year! But!! Suddenly!! It was disappear!! TT I lost my heavy note and image in this app TT

This is my favorite note app with the exception of one thing: we need a popup to enter the note title. What I mean is, instead of having to have the title of the note in the very top of the note, how about we get a popup when creating a new note to input the title, and an option to edit the note title in the popup via an edit button. It just seems disorganized to have the title of the note the way it is now. I hope what I'm explaining is easy to understand as I'd really like this feature added sometime in the near future. I'd also like the ability to sync notes online, like Evernote has (I don't use Evernote anymore because this app is a lot nicer looking and more user friendly). Being able to send a note to Dropbox is a good start, but online syncing would put this app on par with the more popular note apps.

This app has a lot of clever features but is missing one key feature for handwriting - zoom. Add that and it will rate 4+

I've downloaded many note taking apps and this is by far the best. Ability to add photos and write with finger is fantastic. Two things I'd like to see. Ability to zoom for pictures and ability to add videos plzzzzzz.

I'm a music producer and am always taking down notes. This app beautiful because if I have an idea while im just jamming around i can bust this out, record the melody, take a picture of amp/synth settings, and write any notes or lyrics I want to remember. Ive lost many ideas due to lack of organization and this seems to be the solution. I give 4 stars only because it would be great to have a video option as well. idk why it doesn't bc it uses the iPhone camera... Maybe it will in the future? Next update? ;) anyways this app rocks, you should get it.

This application is really useful and versatile. I would stop using Evernote for Mental Note in a heartbeat. but without syncing, it just becomes too limited... too local. I need to sync with my desktop, preferably over Mobile Me so I do not have to think about it. A distant second would be over Wi-Fi, like Things, which would not be great, but better than no sync at all. Another good addition would be in-note checkboxes. Evernote has these. With the versatility of Mental Note, an embedded task list would be more powerful than Evernote or Things could ever hope to be. I really look forward to Mental Note upgrades.

Good afternoon Zymbiotic!! This app is by far the best note taking app out there (I've been looking for about a year) and I love it! As a suggestion for increased efficiency could you: 1) Add a way to "show" and "hide" default tags (ie "Flagged/Untagged" etc,) so I can focus on created ones 2) Incorporate a "TASK BASED TO-DO TAG" that allows tasks to be assigned to specific notes within that tag for long term/short term goals to interoperate with the tasks as a way to track progress That would be STELLAR!! Please & thank you!!
